Double O

Had a great time last night with a few of my year 2 classmates.

Met up with Edeson, Shiwei, Anwari, Nicholas, Joanne, Vanesa and Ziyun outside Double O. Main purpose was to just go to the pub there and drink. In the end, we moved to the club and well, clubbed.

It was crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. It started off with a jug of coke vodka and a jug of cranberry vodka. Then, the tequila and vodka shots started surfacing, followed by cocktails and more shots.

Drank and danced till around 2.30am? Anwari got super drunk because even when he was drunk, he continued ordering shots. =/ Righttttttttttttttttt. So we went MacDonald's for some food and drinks before heading home.

It was near 4.00am by the time I reached home. I dragged myself to remove my makeup and the routine before heading to bed. Zonked out the moment my head hit the pillow.

This experience really opened up my eyes. My classmates are definitely not what they seem to be. In a good way of course.

Booooooo...! Gotta go school soon.

Laters.

Commskills 2

Remember my previous post where I was complaining about having too many hours of commskills?

IGNORE IT.

Our commskills tutor is AWESOME. He's the man! ROFL. I don't mind going to school early for his lessons. No joke.

I must admit, I'm a little racist (I'm trying to change OKAY). The first time when I glanced through my timetable and saw this long I-Dunno-How-to-Pronounce indian name under commskills, my heart sank. I was sure I will hate the lesson.

But.. I was proven oh-so-wrong.

It's the other way round instead. I loveeeeeeeeeeee his lessons. At the start of it all, he gave us his mobile phone number so we could talk to him if we had any problems.

"Please, tell your boyfriend or girlfriend that if they want to break up, do it before 6pm."

Huh? Why?

"Because, let's say, you spend 2 hours crying till 8pm, then you (I forgot what) till 10pm and you call me up and talk for 2 hours till midnight. I need my sleep after that."

Uhhhhhhhh.. He said something like that luh. xD

For commskills now, we're doing PBL (problem-based learning). Looks kinda challenging =/

Can't figure out, won't figure out.
And the car ran out of gas.

Womanizer

Ooooohhhhhhh.. I had an "eventful" day on the first day of school re-opening.

I had to wake up early and give tuition at Kallang (&^%$#!) and it was raining, HARD, when I left the house.

Made a fool of myself, I did.

There's a price to pay for being lazy. But I still won't learn my lesson.

You see, I decided to keep my umbrella in my bag and dash for the bus-stop when I alighted from the bus but... One of my slippers didn't wanna leave the bus and got left behind in the steps. So I had to dash back, grab my slippers, throw it on the floor, wear it and walk off.

Extremely unglam (SHHHHHH shuddup!) but I wasn't at all embarrased @.@

Oh well.

But lecture today was quite fun (reads: not paying attention & doodling half the time on notes)!

Let's end off with a song, shall we?

Womanizer - Britney Spears
She is freaking HAWTTTTTTT in the video.

Womanizer, woman-womanizer, you're a womanizer
Oh womanizer, oh you're a womanizer, baby
You you you are, you you you are
Womanizer, womanizer, womanizer (womanizer)

Or maybe two..... =D

Gotta Be Somebody - Nickelback

Well, both albums are not out yet. But listen first mah. xD

I'm feeling extremely insignificant.
Only recently.
Don't ask me why.
Sucks shit yo.

Timetableeee

Alright, my timetable for semester 2, year 2, is....... I don't know.

I only need to go to school for 2 hours on Monday and Friday.
3 hours on Tuesday.
I have no idea if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

And what the hell is up with commskills!? I already have 3 hours worth of that tutorial on Tuesday and there's yet another 2 hours of it on Wednesday!? %^&*$%#!0
I officially hate commskills.

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh, on a brighter note, I have a feeling I'll have fun in U-Theatre (Understanding Theatre) tutorials. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I can't wait..........!

You know, I've been thinking a lot. About my life, that is. It's dull. Beyond dull, I would say. I go to school, go home, play games, watch TV, eat, sleep, work and the whole cycle just repeats itself.
BORINGGGGGGGGGG!

Days out with bestfriend weren't so bad though. =D

Well, lately, I've been watching a lot of Animal Planet, National Geographic Channel and Discovery Channel. Whenever I watch their programmes (Mythbusters, Dirty jobs with Mike Rowe, Mad Mike and Mark, The Jeff Corwin Experience, Man vs. Wild, etc etc), it crashes down on me at how really dull my life is.

Oh, alright, it's just me. I'm someone who just can't sit still. I want to explore the world as though tomorrow's World's End. I want to blow something up. I wanna go parachuting (?). I wanna volunteer myself to take care of tiger cubs or monkeys or bats or whatever animals that needs saving. Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I need to do something meaningful with my life, darn it.

Woman, let's go volunteer ourselves at the SPCA for a start. LOL.

R.I.P

The eldest son of my little uncle (father's side), who also is my cousin, jumped to his death from the 15 floor after reaching home from school (he just finished taking an exam).

He had a bit of a problem since he was a kid (mildly autistic) and I was never close to them. But it still comes as a mild shock that such an incident would happen to a relative. I feel for my aunt. To lose a child in that way would be a terrible ordeal for any mothers.

Rest in peace, Gabriel.

Shiseido please!

So, yesterday I went to work for Shiseido as a "receptionist". And..........

I'm eyeing near every product from Shiseido Maquillage (pronounced Ma-kee-arch) and their Perfect Smoothing Compact Foundation (ultra-fine foundation particles) which I tried and love. It practically glides on the face and makes it so smoothhhhhhhhhhh an ant can slide off it.

*Squeals*

ROFL, bimbo moment, sorry. However, on the down side, it's $55 for the foundation (refill) and $23 for the case which cost $78 altogether -_- Someone say crap.

And Shiseido Maquillage Mode Mix, their latest range of products in town is worth going gah gah over. I wanttttttttttttttttttttt! Especially their blusher in 70. Freaking niceeeeeeeeeeee.

That's the problem with working there. You're surrounded with endless high-ended cosmetic products that you can't wait to get your hands on (well, for me). My job there was just to answer the phone so I had much time on my hands, going around trying prefumes and cosmetics. ROFL.

My colleagues are extremely funny. Especially the one from Clinique. She's super crazy and very cute. They have stock take on this certain date which can only be carried out after the store closes and the process usually goes beyond midnight and she was thinking of what to buy (finger foods) for everyone.

Then suddenly, they were comparing different donut brands. This unfortunate brand received a very funny comment.

"The donut is so hard you can throw it on the floor and it bounces right back."
ROFLMAO!? Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? Hahahahahaha! What the......!

*Snorts*

Ohkay, that was disgusting. =X

New Age

Ohmygawd ohmygawd, I'm so into new age music at the moment.

New age music are 95% instrumental which totally ROCKS MY SOCKS. Does the names Kitaro, Jim Brickman or Secret Garden ring any bell? Oh yeah.... Pure bliss. Don't know why some people thinks it's gay or something to listen to such tunes but HECK, I love it, who cares what you think. xD

*Starts deleting all non-new age music files*

Kidding, I won't do that.

Online Shopping

Digital art by JadeGordon

I always thought online shopping was quite... Well.. A crappy thing to do.

Why?

1) You can't try the stuff on to see how it would fit/look like on yourself.
2) What if the goods arrive all messed up and you can't return it?
3) What happens after you buy it and realise you are not ever gonna wear/bring it out?
4) Most online blog shops (to me) lack the appeal.
Pardon me, but I'm an extremly visual person. If the web doesn't look good, then nothing in there looks good. BUT! There are one to two optionals where the items are so good, I can forgive the web's bad layout.

So I vowed to myself to NEVER shop online unless it's to buy stuff like books or CDs that I can't find anymore.

And........

I FAILED! Horribly! Sighhhhh....

It wasn't intentional. Bestfriend and I were shopping at Marina Square and we started browsing through this shop which had your typical young adult merchandise and I spotted this extremely gorgeous pair of earrings that I couldn't take my eyes off. I was broke then, so I didn't get it but there was a website printed on the holder.

After I went home, the first thing I did was to open up my internet browser, key in the website and the next thing I knew, I was adding myself to her mailing list and to put it simply, I was hooked and hooked tight. WAHHHHHHHHHHH!

*Goes crazy*

After containing myself for so long, I purchased something from her website. WAHHHH! Oh no no no no no no no...! And and and I also found this website which has Japanese imported stuff!

NOOOOOO YINHUI!!!!!
