Littlest things

Renaldo's apple strudel & pasteries rocks me socks!
Thank you mommy!

At first I thought Renaldo's changed how they made their apple strudels (I got a surprise with the purplish fillings) because I am too noob to know they have other kinds of apple strudels and in my case, it's with blueberries. Looks weird but I assure you, it tastes heavenly.

I want to THANK my paternal little aunt for buying me book 2 & book 3 of the Trudi Canavan's "Age of the Five" which I had been itching to get to complete the collection.

The full collection sitting in my bookcase. Dang, I love it.

I think I shall stop here for now.
I have OM (Operations Management) assignment tomorrow and I gotta study for it.
Ta-ta!

Snap

Photo from give-peace-a-dance

There was this post on bestfriend's blog about how you just feel like crying real bad for no exact reasons and I'm feeling exactly just that right now.

It's weird how things just happen like that.

It just happens out of a sudden and down the tears come without warning. And you get a surprise because you do not know what you are crying for. I guess this is where the word "emo" comes in.

Now excuse me while I cry my heart out.

Colour palette

Sometimes, a little gesture goes a long way.

13.07.2008, Sunday

Swimming yet again at Sister Jean's place. This time, with the company of Lynnette's sister and boyfriend, Germaine and Ryan.

Photos!

After we went up to sister Jean's house, we were informed that sister Jean had invited her friend together with her daughter, Enya, for a little get creative session for the kids.

They didn't keep it clean for long. And soon....

Wheeeeehoooooooooooo! Colour splash!

Dang......... Makes me wanna join them to make up for my lost childhood. xP

Swimming! Sentosa!

06.07.2008, Sunday

On Saturday, bestfriend suggested a swim at sister Jean's house on Sunday and I eagerly agreed. On the day itself, my good old monthly friend came to pay me a visit just after I left my house.

Such a brilliant timing.

So I went there with bestfriend, sat under the pavillion with my tankini, playing Cooking Mama on her DSLite while bestfriend swam and tanned. Zzzzzzzzzz. I wanted to dunk myself in the water so bad. Out of the 3 times I went, I only swam ONCE.

What the hell..

We went up to sister Jean's after the sun started disappearing behind the clouds and sat around, ate lunch, played with Peaches, Posh and Pate.

Sister Jean then had a super sudden impromtu decision around 5pm to take Pate to Sentosa for a swim and bringing Faith as well. So.... Photos time! =D

She looks so very adorable when she eats the plum!

I need my commission!

I've been wanting to blog but I wasn't in the mood to do so but now, having been bored out of my mind, I shall do a post. And because I'm bored, the post will more or less look pretty boring. Don't say you haven't been warned.

First off, THANK YOU! To my aunt, for giving me this pair of earrings from Mintmark & Co for my belated birthday pressie!

It's absolutely gorgeous. Now I have something to grace my ears with. Thousands of thankyous!
---------------------------------------------------

Secondly, huge thank you to Ribby for getting me the book I wanted, The Children of Hurin by J.R.R Tolkien. I know the hardcover version blew quite a hole in your pocket, for a book.

And thanks for the loan for Trudi Canavan's Priestess of the White. Now I can't wait to get my hands on the next 2 books in the series (Age of the Five). =D
---------------------------------------------------

I bought myself Secrets in the Attic by V.C. Andrews extremely long ago (finished reading) and when I went to Borders one time, I picked up Secrets in the Shadows which is second in the series which I have yet started on. =/
---------------------------------------------------

The Yui I LOVED YESTERDAY CD+DVD I wanted to get for so long. I finally got it!
---------------------------------------------------

21st June 2008
Can we do this again? Like soon? Extremely soon?
---------------------------------------------------

It was a fair bit of shopping yesterday (Friday, 4 July 2008) after lessons although I DO NOT THINK it was supposed to turn into a shopping session.

The main objective was just to accompany Ribby, together with Marilyn to meet up with her aunt at Parkway to get her new phone + line. Instead, we ended up browsing through shops and buying stuff.

Something happened after thay bought the screen protector for Ribby's new phone.

This lady approached Ribby's aunt out of nowhere, pointed at Ribby's aunt's bracelet and asked where she bought it from. We were all like o_O!? But the lady was very polite, so no harm done. And if you guys must know, it's from Cartier.

Ribby was extremely lucky that day. Her aunt bought her the pants she wanted from Esprit, plus another pair of shorts her aunt picked out for her.

Marilyn and I both bought shoes from NOVO, thanks to Ribby. Those shoes shouted comfy! up to me so I had to try it and they totally won me over. Now my next target is shoes from Vans.

WHERE IS MY COMMISSION!? Lol.

Oh, and I got a dress too. =D
